About MindBridge
MindBridge Integrated Health is a holistic mental health practice, based on respect, support and lack of judgement. We’re dedicated to helping you remove the barriers that you or your child might be struggling with untreated mental health, an ADHD diagnosis, medication issues, parenting issues and any other problems you may be facing.

We strive to foster trust in the therapeutic relationship by giving our clients time and a safe space to explore their issues. We value openness, flexibility and kindness.

Gregg Stephens, LISW-S

I have 15 years of experience working with adults, adolescents, children, families, and
couples to address issues related to depression, anxiety, ADHD, relationship issues,
child abuse/neglect/trauma, behavioral issues, and grief/loss.

I also have 20 years experience working with the court system, childrens’ services,
schools and community mental health as well as working with autism spectrum
disorders.

I use predominantly cognitive behavioral and solution-focused therapy in sessions
and work to make people feel comfortable and accepted. I use a non-judgmental
approach and am willing to work with a wide variety of people.

Taylor Brown Juzwiak, LSW

I have several years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families to assist with managing and improving symptoms related to anxiety, depression, grief/loss, relationship struggles, life changes, child behavioral concerns, and trauma. I also have experience
working with different agencies such as school systems and juvenile court.

I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy during sessions as well as a non-judgmental, person-centered approach. I strive to ensure all clients feel comfortable, heard, and accepted. I enjoy making connections and helping to develop strategies to navigate symptoms and improve overall wellness and life satisfaction.

Carrie Cochran, LSW

Do you struggle with overwhelming sadness, worry, or fear of the unknown? Many adolescents and young adults go through these very emotions at different points throughout their lives. I would ask you to imagine what it would be like if you didn’t feel this way. It can be challenging, but people find their happiness and confidence again. You will be surprised how through a therapeutic journey you will find that this can be yours again and that it was always within you just waiting to be shown to the world.

There is a way to change how you feel day in and day out. You can learn to think and feel differently. I use an effective therapy approach centered on humanism which emphasizes the value and goodness of human beings, and common human needs while seeking solely rational ways of solving human problems. While I encourage the client to speak their narrative, I utilize a strengths-based, solution-focused line of conversing with my clients believing that they have the answers within them and just need a different perspective to uncover the answers they seek.

Over time, I have seen these methods change one’s thinking and feelings about themselves and the world. Are you ready to feel differently, to think differently, and to see a true difference in your relationships?

Why not give me a call today and we can begin this journey starting at your very first appointment with me?

William Ward, LSW

Hello, I’m William, a licensed therapist dedicated to supporting adults through their unique challenges and personal growth.

My practice is grounded in a blend of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). These approaches allow me to offer a comprehensive toolkit to address a wide range of issues.

I have a particular passion for working with men, focusing on the unique struggles and societal pressures they face. Whether you’re dealing with depression, stress, anxiety, relationship issues, PTSD, or seeking personal development, I’m here to help you navigate these challenges and build a fulfilling life. Together, we can work towards understanding and overcoming obstacles, fostering resilience, and achieving your goals.

I see clients in-person at the Delaware office, or virtually.
